Total retail harvester sales for June 2026 were 1,053 units, a 3.95% increase on the 1,013 units sold in June 2025. This near 4% growth in harvester sales is a reasonably healthy signal. Now, let’s take a look at the full regional and manufacturer breakdown. 

Retail Harvester Sales in June 2026: Brand Performance Analysis

Vishal held on to the top spot and was also the biggest gainer of the month, selling 182 units for a 17.28% market share, showcasing a strong 5.73% year-on-year growth in market share from 11.50% in June 2025. 

Kartar retained the runner-up position with 149 units sold, with a 14.15% market share, though this was down 1.64% from 15.80% a year earlier. John Deere held firm in 3rd place, growing to 82 units and a 7.79% share, up 2.56% year-on-year. 

Preet slipped to 4th place, with sales falling to 57 units (5.41% share), a decline of 2.88% from 8.30% in June 2025, one of the steeper drops in the leaderboard. Malkit rounded out the top five with 53 units sold (5.03% share), down slightly by 0.99% year-on-year.

The Outstanding Performers and the Persistent Hustlers 

Punni Vishavkarma and Guru Nanak made steady, quiet progress. Punni jumped from just 8 units to 28 units, lifting its share by 1.87% to 2.66%. Guru Nanak nearly doubled its volumes too, rising from 18 to 31 units, gaining 1.17% to reach a 2.94% market share.

K.S. Agrotech was the sleeper story of the month, rocketing from just 9 units in June 2025 to 43 units in June 2026, a 3.20% jump in share, the second-best gain in the entire top 15 after Vishal. The single biggest decline in the top 15 belongs to Dasmesh, which fell to 47 units and a 4.46% share, down 3.73% from 8.20% in June 2025.

Statewise - Retail Harvesters Sales in June 2026

The key growth engine for the industry remains Uttar Pradesh, contributing 29.72% of national volume with 313 units sold. Once again, UP has proven to be the absolute backbone of the harvester sector.

Punjab comfortably retained the number two position with a 13.96% market share from the sale of 147 units. Close behind, Rajasthan claimed the 3rd spot, contributing 13.87% of the market with 146 units sold. 

Haryana and Maharashtra rounded out the top five, taking 4th and 5th positions with sales of 109 units (10.35% share) and 83 units (7.88% share), respectively. The top 5 states (UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Maharashtra) alone account for nearly 75.78% of the total retail volume.
